Jokers still not working 2.0

Hey,

my Jokers in cauldron still not working correct. It still doesnt x2, x3,... the winnigs but give 2 times or 3 times a mojo.

i Allready posted it 1 week ago, seren told it will be fixed and closed threat but nothing changed yet.

Please fix this and dont close threat again before its done.

Fixing the issue is out of our control. We have passed it along a number of times and it is being worked on. However, there are a number of pressing issues and they are being worked on. Not every issue can be fixed instantly.

 

Ahoy Nimitz. It would seem that no issue can be fixed instantly and it would be unreasonable to expect that, but it would be of great interest to the players if the development team could provide a daily update of what (if anything) they expect to be fixed that day, or at least what they are working on currently. The biggest complaint that I and fellow pirates seem to have is that the "constant pressure" explanation we hear so much just sounds like a big excuse. If there were an update of sorts, it might mollify players as they realize that there actually is real work occurring. If you go to the Developers Update tab, it is devoid of entries. Running and maintaining so many servers with so many players is a monumental task and technically very complicated, placing it far outside the understanding of your average player. However, some information, ANY information, would be helpful in settling the waters.

How about you list the Issues being worked on in order of importance and expected time to reach resolution. We never get updates and continually receive lame responses of no value such as " this is a known issue and we are working on it". That means absolutely nothing when there is no end in sight. It just shows any lack of respect or concern to the players that you are blowing them off indefinitely. Accountability is a word foreign to BP. We bring these things to your attention so that they may be corrected, only to have a deaf ear turned to them. You stated months ago you knew who used/abused external programs and that they would be banned permanently if they did not come forward, yet today you state that a script will now be written to do so. So were you lying before or now? Will BP EVER do anything to those that violate TOU ? We have shown numerous violations of certain players in chat that are allowed to continue to do so unscathed by any mod even though it is sent to support. Yet others are banned immediately for even saying " Hello, how are you guys doing?" There is deliberate bias shown by BP and chat and forum mods. Your credibility is near non existent and the continued behaviour decreases the limited amount that is still there.

 

We continually ask for this information. However we can only pass on the information as it is issued.

There was a script run today that removed a lot of players from the game permanently. It also states that the scroll and market cove exploits would be done as soon as possible.

As all information has been given on the OP query this post will now be closed, pending any updates to the jokors in the cauldron.
