Key Exchange?

Will the event key exchange at the end of event be 1:1 as it was listed in the Chinese New Year FAQ. By the way the key exchange never took place after the last event even though:

We are unable to comment on the rate at which the keys will be exchanged, the only information we have is what has been placed in the FAQ; "The event keys will be exchanged for normal chest keys". The amount of these, is entirely reliant on the decision of the Game Designers.

The previous Event Key compensation was ran on the 13th of February, as can be seen from the excerpt from my own personal logbook:

2019-02-13 12:00:11 14 x Treasure chest key credited to account. Reason: Event key​

Should you still believe the compensation was not ran on your account, we will require your Server and User ID to look into this further for you.

I purchased 200 event keys before the end of the Chinese New Year event. I still have 212 event keys (12 of them are from the current event voucher code--I used three of them).
