    My keys have not been exchanged since the ice in the sunshine event. Could you please look into this for me?

    Nowadays they don't exchange the keys after every event only when they feel like it so it's not only your ship

    If keys are not exchanged before the start of another event which includes event chests then they will not be done until the end of the current event. If you still have the same issue after this event has finished then please get back in touch.
