    Hi I redeemed the code COLDKEYS to unlock 15 ice keys, but they still haven't appeared in my inventory :(

    but it is work for me, the first day they announced it, i use that codes and it is work for me.

    Then you were one of the few lucky ones. For most, the code did not work, and no one has gotten compensation thus far.

    There was a script run to place the frost keys upon players accounts that did not receive them when using the code. Be advised that you would not see a log book entry showing this.
