I won bokors and I only got 14 days of the kings legacy when you clearly said that you win 28 days.
Please give me the additional 14 days that u owe me.

	Same here, only x 14 days King's Legacy when it clearly states x 28 days.
	Do we need to send a logbook copy to support?

 

This will need to be forwarded to the program manager, as this was indeed supposed to be 14 days.

However as it clearly states the 28 days we will need to request the extra 14 days can be added. Please have patience whilst I ask for this to be issued.

I will strongly suggest that all players at this time take a copy of their log book entries, a screen shot would be preferable in case it is needed by support.
