    we have now been waiting 12 days since the last bokors and still no return of the 5 days lost from the kings legacy from last month, any chance we will get this back soon?.

    Hello shiv, i can understand Dragons frustration because I'm still waiting on my extra 5 days, also this is the second time that this has happened to do with a "Bokors Draw" and I'm sure most people would like straight answers because at the end of the day, you took our money and haven't rewarded us, however you are quick at taking our money and there is never a problem then.

    Yes with respect me too, Shiv. Most winners of draws quite rightly expect not to have to constantly chase the organisers of the draw in order to recieve their winnings.

    Plus after all this time, we have still not yet received any information on the rebate discount compensation issue that was forwarded onto the appropriate people?

    I totally understand how frustrating this is, as previously said I simply pass on information.

    I do have a little more now, as you can see from the patchday notes posted here

    Hi Support - In compliance with the latest patchday post made today from, Seren. I am seeking the return as asked of my Five (5) days Kings Legacy that was won in the Bokor draw. The dated award is copy and pasted from my logbook below as requested by Seren. If I should ever have cause to have to resort to this ridiculous procedure in the future in order to collect my due winnings, then not only shall I never purchase from the Bokor draw ever again... I shall also very seriously consider leaving this shambles of a game altogether.

    Nimitz, please can you state why the favourable satisfactory responses from both support and myself were removed?

    This post has now been edited. Information recieved via support should remain between the player and support.

    This is done to prevent the many many tickets claiming false information to fraudulently gain ingame items.

    For a couple of reasons:
    • You are hijacking your fellow pirate's thread
    • Support emails are not allowed to be published
    We are very glad you were helped and are very happy with your aid, but unfortunately, the rules are the rules and need to be followed.

    Thank you Nimitz. Although posting in another individuals thread can at times be considered as hijacking, there are also times when fresh information of relevance can be welcome and carries it's own merits to help out the OP. My intention to help was paramount in my consideration when posting this new information, otherwise I would have started my own separate thread.

    I used to be a moderator for the [edit] comparison website so I am otherwise conversant with usual, 'netiquette protocol'.

    That is why you were not issued a warning, nor your posts removed. However if this continues, a warning will be issued.

    Thanking you, but warnings are of no worry or concern to me as long as the post helped then it was definitely an acceptable risk worth paying. Helping others is after all, or certainly should be, the priority of any well balanced free forum.

    I have re-edited your post and explained in this why I have done so. We are not trying to be offensive, argumentative or officious, but we have guidelines that we also must follow.

    There are many reasons for many of the things that we do, that while unknown to the player can be very frustrating, we have to continue to do these things.

    I do apologise if this appears unfair or extreme, but it is simply the way that it is.

    No aplogies are necessary, Shiv and absolutely no offence whatsoever was taken. Both Nimitz and yourself have kindly enlightened me as to some of the particular guidelines of Bigpoint...confusing as they may be at times.

    I fully understand that each individual company has it's own unique policies and guidelines to follow for which the enforcement reasons don't always seem obvious, except to the person(s) who are entrusted with their application.:cool:
