    hi, won the bokors this month and won a kings legacy but only got 14days instead of 28days could you please rectify.

    Same here, (only credited for 14 days/ also kings legacy badge not showing, im ok with badge not showing but devs may wanna know):

    This will need to be forwarded to the program manager, as this was indeed supposed to be 14 days.

    However as it clearly states the 28 days we will need to request the extra 14 days can be added. Please have patience whilst I ask for this to be issued.

    I will strongly suggest that all players at this time take a copy of their log book entries, a screen shot would be preferable in case it is needed by support.

    Please do not post screen shots on the forum, just keep them in case they are required.

    Good information Seren. Evidently this happened to everyone who received a King's Legacy this month. Happened to me as well. Should we all notify Support individually or simply create the screenshot and wait for you to get the matter resolved?

    Wait for an update. Really? At the rate in which the developers are fixing everything else that is broken in this game, we will all be either dead from old age or have quit the game because it is not playable by 90% of the players. It seems all of the problems are known but are so bad that the developers are unable to fix them. BP owes every player for the lost time and money that the players have spend in the last month on this game.
    If I treated my customers the way BP treats its customers, I would be either in jail or shut down for fraud.
