lack of mods

ok big issue im getting tired of the 40 yr old adolescents mouths on this game there are women and children that play this game ive complained many times when global chat gets a little to offensive sent in tags to get mods on when i see several who are on and sitting in certain ts's that refuse to take care of this i sent in my last tag and was told to take a screen shot of the offensive statement and send it to them REALLY!! how about getting these mods on the servers more i know there on playing so now this game has stooped to the point we must police all aspects of the game to report so the mods to do that less of there job its got me irate please stop giving me excuses and do your job
and please dont respond with we have no idea when there on then fire the whole lot of ya and implement a new procedure on bettering the game because the current situation is failing badly

 

As you know this game is 24/7 and with the moderators we have at this time, we can not possibly cover all servers 24/7. We are in the process of recruiting more moderators.

However at this time with the moderators we have, I for one think they are doing the job to the best of the ability for little or no thanks for it from their fellow players.

All logs are reviewed if there are no moderators on, some times there are comments missed. If you come across any and want them reviewed then you will need to send in a screen shot to our Customer Care Team to review.
