Lag issue GB1 server

    In the past weeks I could not join rift map due to lag issue...the image is delayed, I get sunk by NPC with the red circle following me, wasting rift emblems and frustration increases instead of enjoying what is called a game. Due to this, neither the season quest can be completed. When it comes to PvP I won't even start discussing because it is in a bad situation.
    Please forward our concern to the persons that can help us get a better service, thank you !
