plz fix lag mega us server

 

We don't need a restart, we need a rehire. Find the staff who fixed the lag problem last time (maybe a year ago), pay them whatever they want, and have them fix the lag. Obviously, the staff that is supposedly waorking on the issue can't, or won't, find a solution.

In the mean time, please provide 24/7 support, capable of restarting the servers as needed. Maybe someone from "Customer service". The players do NOT care how much this costs BP anymore than BP cares if the servers go into lag.

 

Put the hamster back on the wheel, server issues again for like the 7th day in a row, either BP servers are ran by a hamster and wheel or they just dont care after lights go out and they leave office..... and you guys dont even care. no explanation on why there is severe lag towards the darker hours of mega america server, you guys take away cabin boys to give them back and now im shooting worse before you give them back, i shoot like every 15 seconds this lag is bad,, fix this.

c mon u cant tell me there not 1 dam mod on here to try and forward this lag it happens every night so they should know maby they should do 2 daily restarts insted of 1

Once again, I apologize, folks. I just sent a third message for a restart at 8:37pm PDT. I am truly sorry for this, I know it has been happening for over 3 hours, now.
