Support Launcer explanation Tab

    USS_Defender(CAG-01) Exceptional Talent

    The Launcher explanation tab is blank and is expanded in the upper left of the Seafight Browser version. Cleared Cache, logged off, ran Browser clean utility, logged back on and the launcher tab is still blank.
