    Hi,

    As I understand it, it will take one of the perks of the target captain and replace it with one of the perks of the sacrificed one. It doesn't mention failure so I'm assuming its 100% guaranteed.

    So I was wondering, if the target captain has no perks and the sacrificed captain has one will the transfer still work?

    Hello,

    Head and Tails guarantee you a "perk exchange between captains" however both captains must have at least 1 perk.
