    I've been trying to get a perk to a captain im upgrading so i already empowered close to 20 captains 5 of those using 15% perk transfer increase and one time with 10% so i come to ask is this thing bugged because none of those times i got any perk transfered does tier level of my captain decrease a factor? Pls check it for me.

    No, your captain tier do not decrease chance for a perk transfer.

    Upon reviewing everything works as intended, we will of course forward your feedback.

    ive empowered many captains and have on occasions got the perk transferred, remember its just a small chance even with a 15% transfer increase... i guess youve just been unlucky

    Yeah just manage today to get a perk after few tries i will guess im just the unluckiest sob, thx for the help you can close if you like have a good night.
