    halloo guys
    this might be a noob question but how do you guys manage to do 100mil damage on keel haulers npc?i understand its a npc you need to pay for in form of a vleet to attack an island but how do you summon a fleet if all islands are from your allies??
    any advice??

    Best advise we could give is talk with your Allies and let then know or do it when they aren't on. :)

    You can still send a fleet. Just check neutral and send the lowest fleet. You will have to send two seperate fleets to finish the test. Also use shellshock ammo as it hits the Keel Hauler harder.
