    What are the requirements to do the 26 test? I see nothing when I look under my quest tab.

    Hey ,

    you have to pass quest at Bill Barnacle Ballard .

    This quest :

    Defeat 5x Suprise , sail to 5x coordinates , go back to Bill Barnacle Ballard

    When you will complete this quest talk with Bill Barnacle Ballard again and you will be able to pass your test with is 100 mln dmg to NPC from fleet system .
