    Where do I find McCabes & zenon skulls for the 28 test ?

    McCabe's Skull: Get them by doing the Daily Quests; 572 Banking on Sterling, and 573 There and Back Again
    Zenon's Skull: Get them by doing the Daily Quests; 574 Latches and Locks, and 575 How to Train Your Viking

    You can find 3 of these Quests at Gwyneth Belina Fairfax (22/1), and 1 of them at Oswald Murray (17/1 Safe Haven). That is if you have done all the other Quests for your level.

    There is also a spreadsheet which contains all this information I recommend you look at, the Pirate Tests are located at the very bottom, with the Daily Quests located just above.
