    I remember the level 3 commander could be obtained in a payment packages some times ago, it seems this package is not avalaible anymore. So my question is, Is the level 3 commander still obtainable? And if not, is it still active on the ships of people that bought it when it was avalaible?

    Ahoy

    If you are reffering to Boarding Officer, Lvl 3 Commander, this was a feature that no longer exists in the game. It is not available for purchase anymore, nor it is active on the ships that had them.
