    Hi I noticed my level 3 voodoo priest died. I believe this is an error, can you please return it to my account

    Just opinion but with no proof that you lost the level 3 priest early, it won't be credited back to your account, this is probably a job for support or your wallet if you want it back.

    bought all the packages, enough proof, should be there for at least 2 years

    If that's your proof then you'd need to get the info from the actual purchases, logbook entries or receipt messages or something of that nature.
