Level 35-36 Test does not appear to be available for me:

That's the issue I can't start the test. The option is not there.

I've already completed the quest line.

I've been informed that you didn't even start the quest line, perhaps you did the quests for level 35 but not 35->36.

Could you please include a print screen from 34/1 quest giver? I will look it up for you once again in the morning.

I did a full round of the new available quests, so the Test should have been available.

Okay I see where you may get a bit lost.

The quest displayed on your screen "New Day Same Foes" is actually the very first quest for pirates who try to reach level 36.

You will have to complete the following quests before the pirate test for level 36 appear:

1. New Day Same Foes (currently available for you at 34/1)
2. Crimson Threat (unlocked after "New Day Some Foes" will be completed)
3. Damaging Encounter (unlocked after "Crimson Threat" will be completed)
4. The Enemy You Know (unlocked after "The Enemy You Know" will be completed)

Once these quests are finished you should be able to accept your pirate test (NOTE: This may require doing a daily quest too (manually not via League of Captains)).

Please complete the quests mentioned above otherwise you won't be able to move forward.
