level 5 carpenter disappeared

What is going on !!!... When the level 5 carpenter first came out I bought it and since I am a premium player it will stay with me till I die or quit the game in theory. I log on this morning and go to rep while moving and my boat stops dead. My carpenter has disappeared from my crew. This is UNSAT!! I would like my carpenter back like yesterday and with all the problems that this event is causing maybe BP should reconsider its position on halting the event while issues with it are ironed out. we have had a lot of complaints about the Sail Maker and the Repair Mate / Carpenter level 5 – due to other more pressing issues, we will only be able to start work on fixing them on Monday but will make it a main priority. Please inform you players that we will deal with this issue on Monday.

 

As I asked in another players post...when can we expect this script to be run and get our lvl 5 carpenters back to us. From everything I have been reading and hearing this is a major problem and it is seriously affecting my ability to play effectively as well as others. It is now 1614 pacific standard time and I still dinna have it back...that's 2 days without something I paid for, not something that was given to me.

 

Ok Shiver ye want to pass this along to other seafighters that have the same problem I have. I was discussing it with one of my members and he asked if I entered the voucher code for the carpenter and I said NO. I already had the carpenter. He called me a Noob and told me to enter '1DAYCARPENTER' in the redeem voucher in the market cove. Well blow me scuppers it worked! I have my carpenter back. I hope this helps ye out along with other members.
