Light of Tortuga not working???

    I put on the light of tortuga and it took it in my inventory but it never gave it to me on the water. Now the timer is running for the 3 hours and I cant get the light again: (

    I am also having issues with the light.

    I have been attacked multiple times today alone by players under the light, who continue to shoot at me while they are under the light without ever appearing.

    Might want to have someone look into the lights, because something isn't right with them.
