List ALL Cheaters Banned!

My question: Really - why can't this be done? There is no reason this cannot be done. Here is why: (1) They violated the Terms Of Service when they used an outside means to gain an advantage in the game. (2) Because of that violation, they lost their rights to privacy. (3) It is not a privacy issue *anyway*, because virtually all players use a pseudonym when naming their boats (4) If you list only just their boat names (their player ID would be nice to have too), it will *Finally* give some credibility to your claim that you did ban people permanently. Right now, all we have is your word. I am sorry to say that is not worth much. And please....no legal mumbo-jumbo! It is not like someone is coming over to Germany to try to hunt down your offices and serve you with a lawsuit over a game that (in overall dollar terms) would not warrant a multi-million dollar (or Euro) lawsuit. It is time to own up! Tell us the truth and prove what you said on the bans!

 

Very good Defiant....I have been on this same point for a long time....numbers mean nothing...give us the boat names....

 

Please note that for data privacy reasons, we cannot reveal our findings to a third party. This includes issuing a list of all banned players. This is not possible and will not be done.

As there is nothing forward to add to this, I will close this thread so it does not turn into a discussion.
