locked-n-loaded

    ~GUARDIAN-ANGEL~ Junior Expert

    have tried twice to use locked-n-loaded action from skill tree and all it does is go from 100% to 0% instantly instead of counting down from 30 seconds like it is suppose to do. there was no effect from locked-n-loaded use. is there a bug messing this up?

    display issue have been already forwarded onto the developers.

    You can still use your masterskill once it will be fully charged.
