Support Log Book Not Working?

    Hello everyone. Yesterday I wrote here about I lost some castle levels. I was told to write to support so I did. They want a screenshot or a log book entry showing that I had those castle levels I lost. I don't have screenshots and when I'm trying to select castle or expenses in my log book it's just empty. Any idea what to do? I bought them long time ago so scrolling through all those pages would almost be impossible. All help is appreciated :)

    unfortunately, but looking through logbook is the only option.

    Please be aware that logbook go only couple days back.
