log in issue

    first time in many months that the flash player has crashed. have cleared the usual files and tried IE and chrome with same result.please advise.

    Could you please answer a few questions for me.

    Which type of windows are you using (xp, vista, windows 7)
    Which browser are you useing (firefox, internet explorer, google chrome)
    What flash version are you using.
    Have you cleared your cookies and deleted your flash cache.

    Could you please take a screen shot of the message you are receiving.

    Please also provide your user id and the server that you play on.

    Please be sure to write back at your earliest convenience and provide all the information we requested, so that we may assist you with this matter

    Hello

    Seren I currently use windows xp. Flash, java are both latest versions. The crash happens on all browsers. I wrote support about the issue they said they are looking into it. This all started after the restart for the clash event. I had no real issues before that. Yesterday I tried logging in with no luck. The only thing left is to uninstall windows ( not going to do that).

    Any word on when my issue will have some kind of answer? I have been using a computer with windows vista. [2nd computer in 2 weeks ] game ran good for 4 days but now back to the same issue of shockwave crash. the computer is almost new and has all the latest updates.i do not know much about computers but this seems to be an operating system issue between seafight and windows as i have no other issues with any other sites.this is getting to be out of hand now.the game has become non entertaining with the extreme amount of cheating and tech issues.I created an account on 1 of bigpoints other games to see what would happen and can you imagine this there were no issues.so clearly its this game not my computer. with any answer can you provide please who i need to contact in order to delete my account.

    Sorry for the delay in my response, I have checked your account and everything seems to be working as it should. You could try uninstalling flash and reinstalling it.

    wow really uninstalling flash i would have never thought of that 1. im using windows vista now. i can play the game by disabling 1 of the plug ins. again this only happens on seafight.once i get home i will try logging in on my home pc which has windows xp.my guess is it will not work.
