log in problem

    hi queenvixen here i'm only doing this for one of our members cos he has no clue. his name is /123456789A99A from EwP guild. He cannot log his ship in. he can't remember his password (nightmare) anyway i know he is level 19 and i cannot even see his name in guild members and noone has left. he was playing this morning but can't get on now. hope you can help

    Tell him to do forgot password it will send a reset to the email on account and that's the fix QueenVix

    hi evilways thank you for your reply. he cannot even remember his email address. i also forgot to mention that the name of the ship he is having trouble with is called 123456789100A

    As has been suggested, he will need to either use the Forgotten Password function or contact Seafight Support himself.

    We are unable to assist here on the forum, and unable to assist when another player is requesting it. As I am sure you agree this is a personal matter and we would need to verify we are talking to the correct owner before being able to help.
