log in problems--again!

    could not log on for almost 3 hours. wound up only able to log in 15 minutes after time of change over so lost my consecutive days of log in and the log in bonus that goes with it. i spoke on the phone with others from my guild several of them never got logged on at all today. there was only a white screen sometimes and other times it would never progress forward enough to see any connection with the game. in the last hour it would let me get to the log-in screen but would never connect. before you say the same old thing---yes all the cache was cleared---9 times to no avail. i see you are unloading something new for nov. 5th to get more money out of players. wouldnt it be better if you just fixed the broken product you already have? PLEASE??
