log on

    I posted on another players thread around 9:30pm, regarding difficulty logging onto the water as others have as well. Its now 11:30pm and it still has not connected. I have tried Chrome, IE and Mozilla. Its getting hung up at 49%, As I have done my due diligence to meet the requirements of the event and its an issue with the server I expect to be credited the winter event calendar for 12/2. Thanks....

    Well it finallly just completed loading and I got on the water but I had been sunk. It must have loaded the ship on the water but the display lagged. Anyway got my calendar but please fix this - maybe eliminate the snow....I seem to recall that caused issues the first year it came out and its pretty unnecessary in my opinion. Thanks

    Ahoy mate,

    You are able to get to the advent calendar via the winterfest tab in the tavern. There you will be able to open the calendar. If you cannot open it up, unfortunately, there isnt anything we are able to do from our side.

    Actually - I just tried that and it brought me to the seachart screen, all well and good cause at least the seachart loaded.
    However, in the event ticker there is now a ticker "from Midgard to Vahalla" right above the Calendar ticker. When you click on the calendar, the calendar doesn't open but the Event window does....so can't open today's calendar. Hope I'm going to get credit.... :)

    I just logged on with another computer and different browser and same result - Calendar does not open, just event ticker that has the points. Pretty frustrating.....so hoping you can help....thanks

    So its EST 6:04 am on 12/4 now and I just logged on. I am on one of the same computers I logged on with yesterday and using Firefox (which I used yesterday). I was able to log onto the water fairly quickly and the calendar did open from the seachart screen. I did open today date for gift. Not sure what the issue is/was and am hopeful that it has been corrected. Thanks m8's and you may close or leave open to see what happens tomorrow :)
