Logging in

i thought it couldent get worse , i was wrong , i cannot log onto my boat or the water , finally got logged in but its stuck at 21% loading init global actions controll , and everyone else has same problem and no one can get on water.

 

yes it is happening to me also, please fix the problem

how come that you can't fix game through many days now.
30 sec logout sucks we have no fun with this game anymore.
right now
per time that i get my ship on map i have 30 sec disconect problem and I close ship and re-connect and now I have this problem ever.
25% - init global actions control
please fix it.. forget event that we enter and enjoy game... we can't even get in the map and make fun normally..

 

We are aware of several problems that have occurred since the sync this evening. Regarding the Congestion Error problem, if you get this please wait a few minutes before logging back into the Sea Chart. If you get sunk, please close the Sea Chart completely and then try opening it back up again rather than clicking to repair your ship automatically – it may take a couple of attempts before this works.

We apologise for all the inconvenience caused and are working on fixing the most critical issues that arise.

 

still having same issue have not been able to log on the water for 6 hours or so now , i would really like to participate in this event.

Have you tried using a different browser as a temporary browser? I have hear a few players mention that a different browser has helped them.

 

do not give that lame excuse, bigpoint is running on a system so old its a joke, nimitz you no this. so stop being a company man, and tell the truth!

 

Here is what other players have reported to work:

Close the sea chart window. Open options on the back page and delete all history (cookies etc.).

No reboot needed and no logging out of your main pages.

I have had similar experience with other flash pages and successfully did this, but have not tried it for my water page yet.

 

i am still unable to log on , i have tried google chrome internet explorer , modzillla firefox , i have tried 4 different accounts, and have restarted everything , and cleared cashe , and am still unable to log on. im sorry but there is no point in having event when players cannot participate in event.

 

We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused; unfortunately, even though we are the technical help, we are not the game programmers. There are many things that the we can fix right away, but more complex issues require more complex solutions that also take time.

We know and understand your frustration, but in this case, this is (unfortunately) not something that can be resolved with a quick fix. Our team is hard at work and I know you've already been advised of this, but you will need to continue to remain patient.

 

will we be compensated for this "inconvenience"? because its been 3 days now and i still cannot get on and within the 3 days i could have been full pearl by now.

still can't get on water no matter what I do.dubbler is running out,mojo deck will soon be gone,event will be over and still I can't log in,this just stinks,will I be able to get on the water after I lose everything I got and what I could be getting?maby I will log in next year and then it might be fixed,maby?
