Login problem

so far since the event started Im having problem to get back on the seachart there is 3 different things . 1th problem is the picture below, I have closed by browser erased history and I have restart my computer tried 3 different browser.
2th problem look like this
I cant get any further then that.
3rd message I get is I get stuck on 48% loading. I have only had these problems after the event , I got on the game when I tried minimazing and keep maximixing screen but that only worked once and I havent been available to get back on the seachart for over an hour . Please look into this thanks

I see you have cleared your browser history. Have you also cleared your browser cache?

 

Yes I have cleared my cache and cookies on both mozilla firefox and on google chrome and I still have the same problem.

 

As we have repeatedly stated in the tech section, without your user id and server that you play on, there is little we can do to assist, please post these and we will see what other help we can offer.

 

Im sorry for not including my user id I play on England 1 and my user id is 39/26685994 I have got on like 2-3 times with minimizing and maximizing to full screen and if I get killed or close the game I get the same problem even though I retry to clear cache and history. I say thanks for any help that I can get.

 

Please clear your browser cookies and cache, this will delete the old stored data and allow the new correct data to be downloaded. Please remember that after deleting your cache it may be necessary to restart your PC after.

Then please could you try deleting your Flash cookies and cache, this is different from the regular browser cache.

From the link below, please click "delete all sites" on the tool there, this will delete the entirety of the cache.

Once done please restart your browser and try again.

The cct team are able to log onto your account, therefore this is not a problem from our side.

Thanks I appreciate all the help you have given me unfortunately none of this has solved any of my problems Ive done all the things Ive cleared my caches history cookies etc. and Ive restarted my comp, nothing seems to work I even reinstalled adobe flash player but that didnt help, all I can say is I havent had this problems and before the sync today with the event it has been working excellent. I still get the same message like the 2th picture I posted in this thread where I get stuck on 44%. Hopefully this get solved in a few days. once again thanks for the help I doubt that you could have helped me any more.

I will keep investigating, however (I don't mean to sound accusatory) it must be something on your end as we are experiencing normal amounts of players online.

Have you made sure to install the proper flash type for your browser? Activex Flash for IE and Flash Plugin for the rest of the browsers.

 

I have the right flash type for my browser and I still get the same message with 44% as the picture show even though all the time I clear history cache and cookies and restart comp I get same message only a few times Ive been able to get on the seachart during this event.

 

I apologize mate, I am running low on ideas. Have you tried running your browser in administrator mode? Also, I open up the seachart in a new tab instead of the pop up window. try these suggestions and let us know. Thank you.

 

Atm its working when Im using Firefox, I still have problems with google chrome but as Im able to get on the seachart I am happy
