    how to get quest from LOORENA n 23.1?

    i guess it gives quests for players with 30 lvl i am lvl 27 and dont get quests

    you need to be leval 30 and have 500 reputation points for this event ,to get the quests.

    No they changed it to lvl 25. You start at Rex Harrington and eventually will be sent to Loreena Bennett. I am lvl 28 and have done the quests.
