Lost an island, with towers still up

How is it a tower poped yet we still lost the island, this is clearly an error with bigpoints game, and thus I am requesting the 480,000 pearls we lost, as had the game worked correctly, we would of been able to pop up other towers, and possibly save the island. It only makes sense that you pay back what we lost, I will post a screenshot of the tower being poped up with another tag on it. This is unacceptable.

Sorry forgot about the towers that were put up near the end, another 80,000 pearls.

Please be aware that I am having this looked into and hope to have an answer for you soon. Could you please give a little more information, such as which map this happened in and give an approximate time.

 

Hello, this was 14/1, I think it was around 20 mins after 2 uk time. And if you check the guild log you can see the exact times towers were put up.
