Support Lost cannons

    My ship had a mojo deck I had received for 5 days. When it was removed my ship lost 4 extra cannons. I went from 235 cannons to 231. Can I please have the cannons added back to my ship.
    I try to contact support and it always comes up "an error occurred please try again later".

    Your message to support would have been sent, there is a known issue with contacting support which gives this message, if you have not heard back from them in a day or 2 then retry

    Also check the missing cannons have not been returned to your storage area, although with all the recent updates it may be something they need to look at

    That sounds more like your cannon storage castle being off rather then a lost mojo deck which is equal to +10 cannons.

    Your cannons are not lost, they are just greyed out on the "equipped" section as your ship can't fit them. Just drag them back to your storage and they'll be readded

    Cannons are still in storage and not greyed out. Ship cannon capacity dropped by 4

    4 is a strange number to drop by, are you sure it has not dropped by 14?

    To me, 14 sounds like the more logical choice, and would also mean that you do not have the Cannon Storage Castle equipped in your current Preset.

    To equip the Cannon Storage Castle:
    1. Click "Ship Overview" at the top of the screen
    2. Click "Ship Castle" in the drop-down box
    3. Click on the "Aftcastle" section of the window which appears
    4. On the Right Side click and drag the "Cannon storage" picture into a Slot in the "Aftcastle" section.
    This can be shown in the following images:

    Make sure this castle and all others are equipped on every preset.

    The fact he has 231 slots, I would be surprised if his Cannon Storage castle was Level 7. May well be Level 2 and that it was in fact 4 cannons?
