lost cauldron cabin boys

    still not had my cabin boys from cauldron credited to my account, and since the restart maybe 2 days ago, no one has recived them from cauldron, even though its stated that you can get them from said cauldron,
    ps im owed 6 that i didnt get

    Ahoy mate,

    These were not supposed to be in the cauldron and have now been removed. unfortunately, we are not able to issue them to you. If you wish to take this further, I will ask that you contact customer care as we cannot do anything more on the forum.

    but they were, seren stated , that they could also be gotten from the cauldron, so i would like them credited please,

    They cannot be received from the cauldron, this has been confirmed with the Development team. Can you please refer me to where this is posted as this in incorrect information?

    there they are, so i am owed 6 , and seems the post has been edited, due to another mistake being made, but i will continue my search

    We cannot issue them mate as they are not supposed to be there. They have been removed from the cauldron. I will ask that you contact support as we cannot help you any further on the forum.
