lost conection

    i cant log in on seachart it stops at 21% and says lost concetion on red

    We are aware of several problems that have occurred since the sync this evening. Regarding the Congestion Error problem, if you get this please wait a few minutes before logging back into the Sea Chart. If you get sunk, please close the Sea Chart completely and then try opening it back up again rather than clicking to repair your ship automatically – it may take a couple of attempts before this works.

    We apologise for all the inconvenience caused and are working on fixing the most critical issues that arise.

    I haven't been able to get on the water sencethe 21st and I still can't get on past 21% .will I ever play again?

    Obviously you will be able to play again, but at this time we are sorry but we do not have an update yet. Please bear with us a little longer until we get more information from our game developers.

    Whilst I understand it is easier to jump on another players post when it is the same issue, please still always leave your user id and server. This way we can check accounts to see if it is a general issue or whether there is something on your account we can see.

    Ahoy mate,

    These are known issues. We have passed them on to the dev team and they are working on it. All we can do at this moment is ask for your continued patience. As mods are also players, we have to deal with these issues as well.

    hi..i want to ask for help on europe gl5.. we have problem with login..21% and lost connection.. and more ... in our forum is no admin to answer to our question ..here i see more activity so..please help us and tell to some guy from bigpoint to fix the problem plz..

    Please also try using a different browser, closing your browser and clearing your cache, clear all your java. Many of these will help, it wont resolve for all players but these can help in your game play.
