    I haven't been able to get on the seachart for the last couple of hours. I keep getting this message, "Authentication Failed" or "Lost Connection". Any idea when the problem will be fixed?

    please close your client / browser, open it again and try to log in.

    Yes, I've tried and I'm back on again. Thank you. I just realized that maybe you were checking the lamp on my ship to correct it. If so sorry and thanks again.
