    i keep getting a lost connection when i load my water page. I have cleared my cookies/cashe and restarted my computer. i keep getting the same thing. Please look into this.

    I have been informed that the will shortly be a sync or that it's just happened and this may be causing your issues.

    Please clear you cookies and cache. It also may be worth waiting 10 mins or so before trying to log in again.

    I know that this is not what you want to hear, but if the cct can get on your account then this shows that the problem is not on bigpoints side.
