    Can someone look into why we cannot get on game. Lost Connection after loading 19% seachart.

    Cleared cache etc, players tell me through teamspeak that restart was over 3 hours ago.

    Sort this Bigpoint , it like having a car with no engine.

    This is not a player issue it is server related.

    Hi mate. It just means theres a server restart. give it half hour n youll get on ok.

    Could you please answer a few questions for me.

    Please provide your user id and the server that you play on.

    Which type of windows are you using (xp, vista, windows 7)
    Which browser are you useing (firefox, internet explorer, google chrome)
    What flash version are you using.
    Have you cleared your cookies and deleted your flash cache.

    Could you please take a screen shot of the message you are receiving.
