Lost level 21?

    Hi,

    I have sailed level 21, thought i did all the quests and PT but i can not acces it anymore. I have a quest running on which i shot 2/5 HRMS renown.

    Can you please look into this?

    Hi Nimitz,

    It looks like it. I know for sure that i have been doing quest higher than level 20. I shot 2/5 HRMS renown for my active quest. Is it possible to go beyond your level? I can't recall exactly the last PT but i think i had to shoot 50 tentacle. It's has been a while since i actively played. I don't have any logs anymore of being there.. I am certainly not requesting a free pass ;). But is it possible to get answer to what happened?

    There have been reports of lost levels from other players. But these issues have to go through support to investigate your account. We are unfortunately unable dig in to these issues on the forum.

    Best o Luck with Support. My cousin had same problem.
    Check through any missed quests - if like my cuz did, he found an earlier 'missed' quest by visiting the quest givers, he completed it and hey presto - his ship went straight back to lvl 21 so endeth the problem for him!
