lost month of premium

    anyone else having problems with premium disappearing? On 10/08/14 I renewed my wifes premium and still had 31 days left on my account. today I log in and it shows I don't have premium anymore, how does 31 days go by in only 5? I have had premium since march of 2011. now this game has cost me all my purchased premiums like carpenter and decks. this is unacceptable. its bad enough this company makes it hard to play for free but when you do purchase items they manipulate the codes and timing to screw the players over by causing timewarps so you are caught unaware to renew your subscriptions. any devs or mods who might possibly be able to help would be appreaciated thanks MasterNight64

    Is there a log book entry for the removal of premium? If this has been removed by the system it is because it was on the account in error and as such there is nothing we can actually do about it.
