lost pearls

    can someone check into my account i had around 2.5mill pearls and all of a sudden 300k was taken from my account i didnt buy anything i checked my logbook there is no explanation why they are gone thank you.

    you will have to provide your user ID if you want any1 to look at it.
    On the other hand I recomend you to contact Support with that issue.

    Ahoy,

    Your fellow pirate is correct, we would require your Server and UserID to look into this, as well as a potential date range of when you were certain you had the pearls until you noticed they were missing.

    yes me too, my pearl gone too.

    You bought a preset during this time:
    2019-01-05 22:12:17 250000xPearls was/were removed. Reason: Buy a preset.​

    No other pearls were removed inbetween that time frame.
