    Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes these things get filtered into them.

    Ive tried everything and looked everywhere. A few of them are ships I had bought a while back.

    Ahoy mate,

    Selling and buying accounts is against the terms and conditions, just as a warning.

    As for your issue, sometimes you ISP may block emails based upon the "no-reply" in the email address. They may be blocking BP's emails.
