    Just wondering where I can get one and is is permanent once I do?

    Hit the Tavern dropdown. Hit the Pirates dropdown. They cost 300K pearls and should be permanent.

    Oh thanks, didn't realise they could be bought now. Can you still get them from treasure chests?

    You get level 4 Priest from the chests now (for x days).

    They are no longer available from chests. As Bawdyn states, Level 4 Priests can now be found in the chests. Level 3 Priests will remain permanently on your ship.

    To purchase, go to Tavern, and click on Pirates:

    Scroll down, and you will find it.
