Lvl 5 carpenter

    Today is my first day on sea since update. I went to repair my ship and found that I could not move whilst repairing. I looked at my pirates and find my LVL 5 carpenter is missing. I have been continual premium for years

    Secondly, I have only 500 pirates on board instead of 710.

    Please rectify and give back my lvl 5 carpenter. I am on Uk and my ID is 39/7385674.

    The issue with the pirates is being worked on.

    Do you have to post from your logbook to say that your carpenter has walked the plank? without this I may not be able to assist.

    Hi Shiver, here is the logbook entry as requested. 2014-02-17 00:01:02 Yer Level 5 Carpenter has expired, pirate. He walked the plank!. I believe this date would have been the old expiry date. However, it was renewed on 06/02/2104 10 days before expiry date. Therefore, ensuring continuous premium . I look forward to having my Lvl 5 carpenter back Thank you
