lvl test is glitched and now i cant move up in lvl

I took my lvl 9 pirate test and completed all requirements, when I looked it said that I hadn't killed any ratpacks when I had killed about 20???what do I do to fix it or is there something you guys can do, I should be lvl 9 now but still lvl 8 and quest still shows active well after it was over and says I haven't killed any ratpacks. my username is TheLastPrime/server:America/usa1 eastcoast and my user id is 40/18978278. please help me im trying to move up in game and now it seems im stuck due to a technical issue.

If you are able to provide a screenshot of what you have completed on your test, I may be able to assist. This is dependent on how much of the test has been completed.

 

the same is happening for me when i go to kill a tortuga it does nothing it ges the same for a quest also it repeats tortuga name 3 times like deafeat 13x tortuga, tortuga, tortuga. can you fix this it has made me waste about 500 lvl 5 harps on my test i couldnt complete
