    Please could anyone explain how the new 'Maintenance Castle' works and how the repair value is applied?

    Maintenance Crew increases your Base Repair Value, the same as increasing your Carpenter would.
    For example, Level 5 Carpenter is 2400 Repair Value, with Level 8 Maintenance Crew you add 500 more, so you would have 2900.

    Your Base Repair Value is then multiplied by the Repair Percentage Modifiers, for instance, the Swift Remedy Skill, Gem, and I believe Premium. This gives you your Total Repair Value.

    Your Repair Speed is then used to calculate how often you will be repaired by the Total Repair Value.
