map 31/2 is frozen

All ships that go into 31/2 are frozen, can't teleport to another map or raid map, can't log out either, must be something with the program someone is using to take the island, please fix ASAP.

Please fix. Any information would help in regards to my further play for the next few weeks.

 

I'm really tired of this.
There will be a restart in 5 hours that will fix it and then you won't have to deal with anything from your side.
You'll just say there's no problem anywhere, there's nothing to solve. But we'll still have debuffs, we still lost time on buffs and couldn't do anything for 20 hours.
I really want to see if you'll be so proactive as to do something. Anyway, even if there is some compensation, players who are not affected by this problem will benefit from it as well.

 

I don't know if this game is a priority for you because you have done nothing, our ships have been blocked for over 20 hours and you are waiting for the normal reset to fix this, we are a complete alliance here and others are farming on the side of the enemy and what did you think we should put money into this game this is not fair and there is no law for you to judge and if you think that you don't have this game as one of your priorities, let me know to leave this game permanently

There should be a server restart soon to resolve the "stuck" issue.

Cool but that wont resolve debuffs of 90%. Lost buffs and lost game time.

 

Anyone with -80 -90% after their boats were stuck?

If so please provide us with your server and user ID.

Well that only took 24hrs, lol. Thanks for fixing but that is a day of debuffs, pearls and lost time.

Also, no 10% bonus buff now that it works.

 

39/1 now freezing everybody stuck since 7.15 pm sunday now monday the game is a joke.

 

Since this issue has been resolved I shall close this thread.
