i playing this map maybe 2-3 time, but why i can't recive rank in this map

Having reviewed your account, I can see that the Portal of Time (Assault the Safe Haven) has been completed at 2019-03-21 10:56:44, however, it was not completed by you but one of your friends; 85/****4148.

In order for you to be in the Ranking, you will have to complete this Portal yourself.

i'm play after restart quest in map forever my friend, after i recived reward rank on yesterday its restart again, and i play 2 time in 2 map forever other player, and i no get rank, i forget with time, but i remember i play 2 time map forever portal of time after restart rank and no reward point rank, after i waiting 3 hour i play again i get rank
