Marked crates

I have a quest that requires me to find marked crates. Apparently these are found in glitters around the game.
Problem is I collected these glitters all day and I can't find a single marked crate.
I looked into my depot and I have 10 suspicious tea crates from last event. Im thinking maybe these are the reason I cant get any marked crates?
I can't know that, but I know Im not getting any marked crates and Im stuck because of this.

 

Can you please tell us the name of the quest so we can look into this. It may be the group of small crates that can be found around the maps.

The quest name is Dangerous delivery, it is a level 26 quest.

Task:
Collect 5 Cargo
Deliver 1 Marked Crates to Monroe Robinson
Deliver 1 Marked Crates to Oswald Murray

Where to find!?
Cargo (Glitter) found in all maps
Marked Crates gained from collecting Cargo (Glitter)
Talk to Monroe Robinson (Map 24/1)
Talk to Oswald Murray (SH-19)

End At: Gwyneth Belina Fairfax (Map 22/1)

Rewards:
35,000 Gold
3,760,000 EXP

@-kingbeer1021- You need to collect Cargo. Not normal Glitters. Try to collect them in 22/1 Map.
