    I seem to have a problem at the auction end on the hour and every hour....the winners names do not clear at all!
    Any ideas?

    This problem has persisted for quite a few days now...I think you need to get the problems solved much quicker as it would save the need for meaningless apologies.

    As you have been informed, the Team are working on correcting the issue and other issues as soon as possible on a priority basis. As you might expect not all issues are quick and easy to fix; it takes time to find the cause, develop a solution and then implement the solution.

    I shall again forward this issue. As there is no further help we can provide on the forum with this issue, this thread shall now be closed.
